Watersport and fun is my favourite outdoor adventure. I recently visited iconic Maluaka Beach, Maui which is consider as heaven for swimmers and snorkeling lovers. Turtle Town is famous for snorkeling with Sea Turtles in there natural habitat.

There is awesome snorkeling place on left side of Maluaka Beach. Get ready to explore marine life wonders like sea urchins Butterflyfish, and Sea Turtle etc. Beside of swimming and snorkeling, Maluaka Beach offers exciting views and is perfect destination for picnics. There is green lawn and beautiful place along water to play football and other games, you can make sand castles. We suggest you to enjoy barbecue with family at this beautiful heaven.
Route To Iconic Turtle Town, Maluaka Beach

To reach Turtle Town head south from Waliea on Makena Alanui Drive. Turn right on Honoiki Street than Turn Left on Makena Road. There is beautiful church on the way to Maluaka Beach that can make your trip experience more beautiful.
Parking at Maluaka Beach
Drive south of Makena Alanui Drive about a mile then turn right and on short distance there is parking lot. If this Parking is full there is another parking area on further south (I recommend you to park in this area if you want to snorkel in south side).

Snorkeling & Swimming at Maluaka Beach
Snorkeling is activity that is loved by all adventure lovers. Maluaka Beach is famous for snorkeling and swimming, Turtle Island is most iconic snorkeling spot here you can swim with turtles in their natural home. Snorkeling here is open whole year so you can visit anytime you like. There is nice sand so you can get in water easily, we snorkel in south side because it is one of the best snorkeling point.
We see beautiful fish and sea turtles if you snorkel in north end there is less chance that you will find sea turtles. Snorkeling here is totally worth it you can make some good memories of this adventure with family or friends.
Short Trip to Beautiful Church
Near north parking there is beautiful Keawala’i Church, it takes only few minutes to visit this gorgeous church with extraordinary architecture. I recommend you to respect Church signs and do not enter cemetery in your beachwear because it is offensive.
Keawala’i Church is almost 180 years old. This church offers two Sunday services where everyone is invited.
